Job description

 

  • Manages a team of associates responsible for the “Order to Cash” process, via phone, email and e-commerce 

  • Collaborates with customers, sales, operations and supply chain to ensure accurate and timely information is provided in response to all customer inquiries. 

  • Partners with sales and Customer Service representatives to satisfy customer needs 

  • Serves as the point person for complex inquiries and escalations 

  • Ensures Pall’s policies and procedures are current and executed to compliantly meet requirements 

  • Coaches/mentors associates in their career development. 

  • Communicates Pall’s vision and leads by example
