WHAT TO EXPECT
**Leadership:** Lead your Sales Team, develop account managers through coaching, and expand the team in collaboration with our People Department.
**Sales:** Be the central contact for introducing my client to large customers and at events, setting standards for your team regarding quality and drive.
**Strategy:** Influence and support strategic decisions on market positioning and go-to-market, thereby defining the direction of the team.
**Network:** Build strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
**Process Optimization:** Work data-driven to improve our current sales practices and procedures to make revenue generation even more efficient.

**Your Background:** Extensive experience in B2B sales, especially outbound sales, with several years as a sales manager.
**Leadership:** Proven experience in leading a team.
**Your Mindset:** Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills and high intrinsic motivation.
**Communication:** Excellent communicator and influencer.
**Language Skills:** Native German speaker and fluent in English
