As a Sales Development Team Lead you are experienced and confident in targeting, engaging, qualifying, and scheduling meetings with prospects to help build a quality pipeline. You are resilient and determined in the face of adversity.
You are motivated to proactively coach and develop your team of 2-3 Sales Reps and set them up for success.
You take ownership of individual and team targets for meetings booked and deal creation, working with Marketing on strategic approaches to develop unique strategies for growth.
