Cure Talent is delighted to partner with a market leading Medical Device company who specialise in emergency medical products. Due to their ongoing growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Services Team Lead to join their team in Herefordshire.
The successful Customer Service Team Lead will work closely with cross functional teams to supervise and improve all aspects of Customer Service operations. They will be responsible for leading and motivating a dedicated team to achieve exceptional support and meet established goals.
Key responsibilities:
- Formulate Customer Service strategies, addressing immediate and long-term needs
- Monitor and ensure the attainment and upkeep of Customer Service standards, providing regular performance reports and suggesting improvements
- Manage key accounts to foster lasting relationships with a broad base of high-value customers
- Support cross functional teams contributing to process improvements and driving revenue growth
- Oversee a dedicated team ensuring output meets company goals
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Demonstrate clear Customer Service Leadership experience in a Medical Device industry or similar
- Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and effectively manage relationships
- Keen attention to detail and robust administrative skills, including proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems
- Bachelors Degree (Desired)
- Knowledge of SAGE CRM is highly advantageous
