Are you an experienced and motivated Customer Service professional looking for a leadership role in the housing maintenance sector? We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Team Leader to lead a team of 2 Repairs Schedulers in our clients great team.
Location: Bristol
Salary: £30,000 - £36,000 per annum (commensurate with experience)
- Lead and motivate a team of 2 Repairs Schedulers who manage the diaries of trades people on a social housing contract
- Maintain high standards of Customer Service, ensuring prompt and effective communication with residents and clients
- Make sure the team efficiently plan and schedule repairs, coordinating with field operatives and subcontractors
- Address and resolve any scheduling issues or concerns promptly
- Maintain accurate records and utilize scheduling systems to track and report on progress

To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Proven experience in Customer Service, preferably in a housing maintenance or construction environment
- Previous experience in leading and managing a small team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
