Are you an experienced and motivated Customer Service professional looking for a leadership role in the housing maintenance sector? We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Team Leader to lead a team of 2 Repairs Schedulers in our clients great team.

Location: Bristol

Salary: £30,000 - £36,000 per annum (commensurate with experience)

• Lead and motivate a team of 2 Repairs Schedulers who manage the diaries of trades people on a social housing contract
• Maintain high standards of Customer Service, ensuring prompt and effective communication with residents and clients
• Make sure the team efficiently plan and schedule repairs, coordinating with field operatives and subcontractors
• Address and resolve any scheduling issues or concerns promptly
• Maintain accurate records and utilize scheduling systems to track and report on progress

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• Proven experience in Customer Service, preferably in a housing maintenance or construction environment
• Previous experience in leading and managing a small team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
