Customer Service Team Leader (Maternity Cover)

Our client is a growing business based in Woking who are currently seeking an experienced and hands-on Customer Experience Team Leader to join their team to cover a period of maternity leave.
Your new role
As part of the customer experience team, you will be dealing with a variety of B2C customer requests and enquiries. You will be the first elevation route for the customer experience advisors. In addition to the hands-on aspect of dealing with customers, you will also work closely with the customer experience manager to review reports, implement change and train and coach the advisors. You will also deputise for the manager when they are on leave and liaise with stakeholders across the business.
You will be managing a small team of 1-2 advisors on a day-to-day basis.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a naturally positive person who enjoys problem-solving, delivering an excellent customer experience and making the queries process as stress-free as possible for customers.
You will need to have some experience of managing a small team - this could be deputising for a Team Leader or being involved in coaching and development of other team members. Due to the size of the team, you also need to enjoy dealing with the customer on a day-to-day basis still. You will cover for advisors in their absence and deal with more complex queries.
