What you will enjoy doing
- You will help co-ordinate and plan team resource to ensure day to day activities are managed to maximize individual effectiveness and team performance in achieving SLA
- In addition, you will be directly responsible for coaching monitoring and developing your team members to achieve their KPI’s in a fast-paced customer focused environment
- Further you will have expert knowledge of Telephony/Contact Platform functionality
- You will need to participate in and be responsible for the onboarding process of new advisors supporting induction of new team members
- Furthermore, you will manage and review the appraisal processes covering performance, self-development and training needs in a timely manner to allow BOC to meet targets and individuals to meet their potential
- You will hold regular 121’s and Huddles with the team, ensuring any process or business changes are communicated

- You have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Demonstration of natural leadership & motivational qualities
- In addition you have a proven performance management experience
- Experience within a Customer Service contact centre environment is required for this role
- Furthermore, you have the ability to lead and motivate teams with strong people management skills
- You must be capable of working under pressure, flexible and adaptable to change
- Good working knowledge with SAP is desirable but not essential
