As a Customer Service Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in leading a dedicated team of Customer Service representatives, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading and motivating a team of Customer Service representatives, fostering a positive and high-performing work culture.
* Supporting team members with training and development.
* Ensuring the delivery of exceptional Customer Service by setting clear performance goals and providing regular coaching and feedback.
* Handling escalated customer inquiries or complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
* Collaborating with other departments to optimise Customer Service processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery.
* Monitor team performance metrics, analyse data, and implement strategies to enhance team productivity and customer satisfaction.
Location: Tonbridge
Salary: £24,000
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
You may already possess strong managerial experience from a similar role.
