A well established consultancy firm is looking for a Customer Service Team Supervisor to join their Customer Service Team on a 6 months contract
You will be managing and leading a team of Customer Service representatives ensuring they follow all rules and procedures associated with FCA regulations and requirements, therefore the successful candidate should come back from a strong banking / Financial service background
Essential Skills
- Previous experience managing and leading teams
- Previous experience working in a Customer Service role
- Strong understanding FCA regulation and risk management
Role is based in newcastle - 5 days a week - shift pattern (08:00 to 18:00) - 6 Months Contract £15 to £17 per hour
