IT Service Desk Team lead
£230-£250 P/D Inside IR35

We are currently hiring for an IT Service Desk Team Leader to work with on of our leading MSP clients.
Accountabilities:
- Effectively manage a Service Desk Team and take the lead on solving problems
- Lead on certain calls, channelling requests to appropriate parities
- Ensure team properly follows process, logs all requests for assistance and follows all procedures
- Assist Team members to assure users are receiving highest quality of service
Technical requirements/Expirence:
Good knowledge of supporting most of the software products or platforms below:
-Hardware
-Desktop PC & Laptops
-Apple Macs (Laptops, iMacs and Mini)
-Mobile devices (iPhone and iPads, Surface Pro, Android devices)
-Local and networked printers and scanners (including Multi-Functional Devices)
-Hubs and Switches for local networking
-elephony (Cisco, Mitel, ACD)
-Operating Systems
Plus, common software packages such as Windows 7, 10, MAC OS X, Apple iOS, Android etc
This role will be based on a standard 37 hour per week Mon-Fri contract, revolving around a rotating shift pattern. The shifts will be as follows:
8:00am until 4:24pm;
9:00am until 5:24pm and
9:36am until 6:00pm.
