GRG are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service & Telesales Executive to join a dynamic business. As a Customer Service & Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business and account management, maintaining relationships with existing clients.

The successful candidate for this role will be responsible for:

• Generating new business through outbound sales calls
• Identifying and qualifying new leads
• Maintaining relationships with existing clients
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Providing excellent Customer Service

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Significant experience in telesales & Customer Service / account management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• The ability to work well under pressure
• A positive and proactive attitude
