WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
As our Customer Happiness rep, you'll be responsible for creating an engaging, fun, and innovative customer experience across our range of online brands.
JOB ROLE
- Talking directly with our customers understanding what they need and want
- Responding and delivering excellent customer service across live chat, email, or phone
- Working with the team to develop and optimize the customer experience across all our brands.
- Uploading Products to our websites
- Managing product imagery and copy across all our websites
- Fulfilling our customer service process and ensuring that standards are maintained
- Delivering feedback or complaints procedures
- Answering FAQs for customers
WE NEED YOU TO HAVE
- Experience in Customer Service/Admin role
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a professional environment and represent the company in a suitable manner.
- Outgoing and confident personality, able to work with and alongside new people with ease.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £22,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
