Manpower are recruiting a Customer Services Administrator for our client based in Melrose, Scottish Borders. Our client are a leading clothing company and are looking for someone to support within their team, in a Customer Service and Administrative role.
You will be working within a busy environment dealing with customer enquires, data entry, order processing and escalations. We are looking for someone with administrative experience in data entry and customer service. You must be able to work effectively on your own but also as part of a larger team.
Job Role
- Accurate Data entry and order processing
- Assisting the sales team with processing of orders
- Managing incoming phone calls and email enquires from customers both face to face and online
- Distributing communication to wider team within the business
- Escalating enquires / comms when necessary
- Planning your workload and completing work in a timely manner
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience in data entry and customer service
- Good communication
- Excellent organisational skills
- Familiarity with Admin procedures and escalations
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office packages and Administrative software
- The ability to work alone as well as working well with a team
- The ability to work within a fast paced environment and multitask
Working Time & Pay
- This is a temporary role
- Working week: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00
- 37.5 Hours a week
- £11.50 Per - Hour PAYE - Weekly Pay
