Location - Blyth
Hours - 22 hours p/w - 1:00 - 5:30 (5:00pm on Friday)
Starting Salary - GBP12.00p/h
My client is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their Workspace homes team. There Workspaces are part of the Commercial premises offering to businesses, providing office space, hot desk and room hire at four locations in Northumberland.
Key Duties and Responsibilities of the Part Time Customer Service Administrator
- Work with systems and procedures to ensure all customers are dealt with in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor any issues with tenants and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Be the first point of contact for reception to our workspace
- Process invoices using our inhouse finance system
- Ensure any issues are escalated and communicated appropriately.
- Liaise with sub-contractors about appointments and ensure health and safety compliance across the building
- Provide exemplary Customer Service to internal and external clients, in line with the corporate framework.
Key Skills and Experience Required
- Good communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- IT Literate - including Microsoft packages
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Strong administration skills with the ability to demonstrate attention to detail.
- Excellent time management
