The Role
The Office Solutions division of 24-7 People Solutions Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Services Administrator on behalf of our clients north of
Chesterfield, close to Dronfield. The main duties of the role include:-
- Answering incoming telephone calls from customers/ clients
- Transferring calls or taking messages
- Booking appointments
- Data Entry
- Speaking with customer via LIVE Web chat
This role is a permanent position.
The role is to start immediately.
The Hours
• Full Time - Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm (with 1 Saturday per month)
Your Profile
In order to be considered for our role of Customer Service Administrator, you must have a minimum of 2 years recent office-based experience in the same or similar role.
You will consider yourself friendly, bubbly, approachable and a generally nice person to
work with!
Due to the location of the role, you will ideally have your own reliable transport.
The Salary
£10.42 per hour + Holiday Pay (Full time salary on 42.5hrs per week of £23,028). Rising once permanent.
