Salary: Circa 24,500 per annum (pro rated)plus Veolia benefits
Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (30 minutes unpaid break)
Location: Wiltshire/ Hampshire/ Home Working (occasional travel to Veolia South Region sites)
This is a Fixed Term Contract - Maternity Cover - 6 months with a view of extending.

What you'll be doing;
We are looking for someone with a blend of both Credit Control and Customer Service experience to join our Customer Service team. The role will be focussed on managing customers in our District Heating business line and you will provide general support to our customers when they contact us. Duties include the following:-
- Answering telephone, email and postal queries and correspondence
- Manage all customer contact through CRM systems updating contact notes as required
- Maintain Navision system as the master data store for property, customer and meter information
- Processing routine invoice runs
- Invoice creation for billable ad-hoc works
- Cash allocation and bank reconciliation
- Taking payments and setting up direct debits
- Regular liaison with customers, service engineers and stakeholders
- Schedule maintenance and repair work through Concept works management system
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Compliance with all Veolia policies, procedures and service levels
- Compliance with all Health and Safety policies and procedures
What we're looking for;
- Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Previous Credit Control (consumer debt) experience
- Experience using CRM software would be an advantage
- Good IT literacy and reporting skills (experience of using Google Suite applications)
- Experience within the District Heating industry or Utilities Company would be an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good Planning and organisational skills
