Customer Services Advisor
Salary scale 2: £23,151 per annum (pro rata)
Part Time (30 Hours Per Week) and Term Time Only Permanent
Actual salary is based on Term Time Only weeks worked
Job Purpose: To provide an outstanding support service to all Bridgend College students and stakeholders.
You will provide frontline support working on the front desk at college campuses, provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders and ensure an efficient, effective and courteous service at all times (face-to-face, email, telephone and live chat).
What are we looking for?
- Ability to deliver a high quality customer focussed service.
- Ability to implement administration systems.
- Knowledge of Google Suite.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Resilient
- Team player
- Ability to answer phone calls, enquiries and LiveChat confidently in Welsh is desirable.
