Customer Services Advisor

Hours: 40-hours per week, including rotational weekends

Location: Glasgow city centre (office based)

Each day will vary however the core components of your role will include:

• Engaging with existing patients/customers
• Acting as first point of contact for internal and external customers
• Handling patient queries
• Booking patient’s surgery and surgery related appointments
• Maintain and develop product knowledge and customer service skills
• Accurate maintenance of patient records in a confidential manner

Essential skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to deal with customers on the telephone in a confident and professional manner
• A willingness to learn and be pro active in your day-to-day role
• Excellent rapport building and communication skills with the ability to overcome obstacles to achieve a positive outcome
