Purpose of the Role
Providing Customer Services to all visitors, retailers and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- To provide information and guidance to customers.
- First point of contact by phone, email or in person.
- Conduct a meet & greet service for coaches & guests.
- Working Monday - Friday
- Flexibility required to cover holiday, sickness, late night hours and events
- Knowledge of event management
- Assisting customer queries.
- Meet & Greet visitors
- Computer knowledge essential
- Help with figure collection
- Assist with Marketing as required
- Dealing with our website, social media enquiries, TripAdvisor responses, complaints and general enquiries
- Assist with parking and APP enquiries
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- A polite and approachable manner at all times.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Event Management
- Some marketing knowledge would be of benefit
- Must be completely flexible
- Can do approach
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good IT knowledge.
Working Hours - 20 hours per week Monday - Friday but must be flexible to cover extra hours & weekends
