Fixed Term Contract running from March until 30th November 2024.
Full time – 34.5 hours worked Monday to Friday
Location – Split between home and our Shipley Office (Tuesday’s in the office)

About the role
In this role as a Supporter Care Administrator you will be responsible for logging the fundraising complaints and compliments we receive, ensuring delivery of high-quality and accuracy within an agreed timescale. You will also support in categorising data and perform day to day administration tasks, such as data input and updating contacts lists.
Being a part this small team, you will help to deliver an excellent supporter experience and play a vital role in helping us achieve our commitment to our supporters, along with supporting us to meet our ambition of reaching and improving the lives of everyone living with cancer.
About You
Our ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a fast-paced office environment and carrying out office administration work. You will have strong verbal and written communication skills, and previous experience providing support and handling customer enquiries. You should also be able to demonstrate robust IT skills: literate in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, with a strong attention to detail to support in maintaining key data and documentation.
