We work together internally and externally to ensure the best outcomes for the people we support.The RoleJob Title: Support WorkerHours: 37.5 hours per weekShift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pmAre you kind, approachable and non-judgmental?Do you want to work for an Award-Winning Charity?If so, this could be the perfect role for you…We are looking for a Support Worker to join our team in Calderdale. You will work closely alongside your colleagues to provide support with housing related matters, offering guidance relating to eviction and accessing suitable accommodation and providing budgeting and benefit advice, with the aim of building independent living skills. We are looking for someone who is committed to supporting the people we work alongside with needs such as housing, homelessness, debt, offending, substance misuse, mental health issues and learning disabilities. The successful candidate will carry out assessments of people's needs and create personalised support plans whilst working in partnership with other agencies to ensure that wrap around support is continued and enhanced.   What We OfferIn return we offer the chance to join an expanding, dynamic organisation, with excellent opportunities for personal and professional development.
