Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Customer Services Officer in Camden. This is a contract without a scope for extension working full time hours. It is a fully office-based position
The job:

• Being the first point of contact with customers, providing advice and applying sound judgement
• Resolving queries directly or referring them where a detailed consultation is required
• Providing general administrative support
• Drafting communications and statements when appropriate

The candidate:

• Previous experience in a similar role is essential
• Previous experience working for a local authority is essential
• Understanding of key aspects of integrated service delivery and links between front line and professional service areas
