Executive Talent Solutions are working with an exciting Online Retail business to recruit a Customer Services Specialist .
The business sales a wide range of gifts and luxury items through their online store and have enjoyed a successful past 12 months.
A new position has been created to support the Merchandiser, Buyer and Managing Director in their day to day activities as well as managing the daily Customer Services traffic.
A salary between £23k and £28k is offered. The office is based in Moorgate and the role offers hybrid working.
Key responsibilities include:
- Raise all POs in line with department buys and send to suppliers
- Manage weekly intake for continuity, seasonal and new lines, updating the team of any changes or delays
- Develop and maintain a good relationships with suppliers to ensure service and support
- Contribute to stock intake scheduling and replenishment for optimal availability
- Liaise with the warehouse to enable efficient processing of all deliveries- ensuring stock availability for new launches and key selling periods
- Manage any warehouse issues, escalating these to the merchandiser if necessary, and suggest solutions
- Process and monitor invoices accurately, maintaining the delivery and invoice tracker
- Assist in running key trading reports weekly and monthly & any ad hoc analysis needed
- Aid in analysing sales data to identify performance trends, opportunities and risks.
- Answer and resolve all customer complaints and queries in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure all any potential customer service issues are dealt with promptly, highlight any issues to the merchandiser
- Request and manage credit notes from suppliers for faulty goods
- Update and maintain the rebate tracker
Candidates applying should have a minimum of 12 months' experience working with stock, customer service and have good IT skills.
