Main responsibilities for the Customer Service Supervisor:
Address customer service and after-sales issues effectivelyManage personal and sales inboxes for queries, requests, and ordersLiaise with Sales Reps on current and aftersales issuesComplete all necessary paperworkTake ownership of customer issues and ensure satisfactory resolutionsCollaborate with other departments to deliver top-notch customer serviceWorking closely with other departments to resolve issues and provide excellent standards of customer service
Skills and experience needed to be a successful Customer Service Supervisor:
Previous customer service experienceExcellent attention to detailProfessional telephone manner, remaining calm and professionalConfident in handling and resolving customer issuesCustomer focusedCompetency with computer systems
