Customer Services Support

We are pleased to be recruiting on behalf a leading and expanding financial services organisation seeking to expand their Customer Services function.

Candidates will be response for communicating with existing clients offering support services as well as actively identifying potential new business opportunities. You will liaise with colleagues in the field and support with processing contractual changes, answering ongoing queries from clients and reconciling payments and other information.

Candidates need to have previous customer service and administration experience. Financial services or insurance experience is preferred. You will have strong communication and organisational skills, be IT literate and have a strong attention to detail.
