The position of the Installations Coordinator will involve:
- You will explore new ways to make the installation and engineering processes more efficient.
- Working in a fast-paced environment, dealing with incoming calls, queries and complaints.
- Liaising and building relationships with the providers and engineers.
- You will manage so many cases each week, up to 40 during busy periods.
- Building strong relationships across functions to ensure timely communications and updates on the progress of all orders.
- You will be working with Salesforce, but training will be given.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office is also essential.
