Customer Services (Temp Contract, Irlam)

Monday - Friday, 9-5:30pm

6-12 month contract, possibly longer

£12.50per hour

The position of the Installations Coordinator will involve:

• You will explore new ways to make the installation and engineering processes more efficient.
• Working in a fast-paced environment, dealing with incoming calls, queries and complaints.
• Liaising and building relationships with the providers and engineers.
• You will manage so many cases each week, up to 40 during busy periods.
• Building strong relationships across functions to ensure timely communications and updates on the progress of all orders.
• You will be working with Salesforce, but training will be given.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office is also essential.
