Note: This is a varied position where 80% of your enquiries will be email based the other 20% will be telephone based and no two enquiries will be the same.
Salary: £25000 plus a 5 % bonus, plus fantastic benefits.

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Manging client accounts , responding to customer enquiries within agreed time-frames.
- Managing various enquiries via email, prioritising in list of importance (80%)
- Assist customers via the telephone (20% )
- Managing business customer relationships
- Handle general customer communication from the initial point of contact through to completion.
- Manage complaints where required.
- Liaising with third parties and internal departments to support each customer enquiry.
- Transfer calls to relevant departments.
- Complete various administration
- Previous telephone-based customer service / call handling experience is required.
- Strong communication skills and experience
- Good written communication skills
- Good administration experience
- Have the ability to multitask and spin lots of plates whilst working to deadlines.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
