This role will involve:
Assisting customers with inquiries related to new memberships, troubleshooting, order tracking, and promotion queries.
Demonstrating active listening and communication skills to resolve customer concerns, ensuring high customer satisfaction and preventing escalations.
Genuine interest in delivering an exceptional customer service experience.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8 AM to 6 PM
Saturdays: 9 AM to 4 PM
Employees are required to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, including 4 hours on a Saturday or Monday.
Service Revenue (Pay):
Pay is £9.44 per hour
Incentives available during busy periods
Role is self-employed so you would need to sort out Tax and NI etc (We can help you set this up)
A clear DBS check is needed
You will need to prove your Right to Work in the UK on a Self Employed Basis (No Student Visas)
