Monday to Thursday 9.00AM to 8.00PM / Friday 9.00AM to 5.00PM / Saturdays & Sundays (Prior Agreement)

Community Systems (NL) Ltd is a Government-Funded Training Provider with over 35 years of experience within the industry. Historically, we have delivered in London & The Southeast but are now expanding to Luton (March 2024).

Training Being Delivered in Luton & Bedfordshire:

• Adult Wellbeing & Confidence (Mind/Body & Health)
• Adult Career & Guidance (NCS)
• ESOL (Pre-Entry)
• ESOL Entry Levels 1,2 & 3 (C&G Qualifications)
• Math’s & Budgeting (C&G Qualifications)
• Basic Skills, Reading, Writing (C&G Qualifications)
• Employment Prep & Pastoral Care

We are looking to recruit Energetic Individuals who are willing to learn & join the Team at our new Training Site opening in March 2024. You will be part of our Training Sites "Delivery Support Team" underpinning our processes while meeting & greeting our Customers & Students and administering their private & confidential paperwork enabling them to access our Government Funded Services.

We would like you to have a warm personality, excellent interpersonal skills and love dealing with people on a 1-2-1 & group basis while showing empathy and building a rapport with our Team-Members & Students. All underpinned with sound IT Skills, an eye for detail, a good understanding of the importance of accuracy, well-organized administration and Data activities supporting all auditable documents throughout the site. Able to use your own initiative while also knowing when to ask for help!

Salary Range: £18K-£23k (Pro-Rata, Experience Dependent)

The successful applicant will be expected to work within the team and work towards our companies’ targets. No previous experience is necessary, the desire to learn, want to belong is more important!
