Form of workOur valued client based on the Birmingham Business Park, are seeking FIVE experienced Customer Services/Call Centre Operators to join their team on a permanent basis.
Hours for this role are Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
The Customer Services/Call Centre Operator x 5will play a massive part of our client’s team, operating within a fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibilities will include handling both inbound and outbound calls, maintaining accurate database records, and delivering first-class customer service to their clients.
Customer Services/Call Centre Operatorx 5 Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently, providing timely and professional assistance to clients and candidates.
- Responsible for coordinating the day to day operations of different teams.
- Input data accurately into Excel and other databases, ensuring information is up-to-date and organised.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, exceeding client expectations and building strong relationships.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while always maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
The ideal candidates for the Customer Services/Call Centre Operatorx 5 will have the following:
- Previous experience in a similar customer service role, preferably within an office or retail setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional telephone manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to input data accurately and produce reports.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A proactive and positive attitude, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service to clients and candidates.
Customer Services/Call Centre Operatorx 5 :

The Customer Services/Call Centre Operatorx 5 MUST have experience in dealing with a high volume of INBOUND & OUTBOUND calls. They must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
