Fixed Term Customer Success Advisor
Location: Quedgeley
Pay Range/details: £24,000
Contract Type: Fixed term contract
Our client is looking for a team member to work in our busy Customer Success team, this would be on a fixed-term contract for 6 -7 months with the possibility of a permanent role depending on performance and business growth
Key Responsibilities Customer Success Advisor
- Engaging with customers to ensure their needs are met and communicated back to ensure customer satisfaction is paramount.
- Inputting orders into the ERP System.
- Order Management.
- Being a main support to the Sales Administrative Team by processing all requests in a time-efficient manner and able to liaise between various departments successfully.
- Managing complaints in a timely, professional manner with communication to the customer being key.
- Ensure a highly professional manner is always taken whether on the telephone or email.
- To answer incoming customer service calls
Qualifications & Requirements Customer Success Advisor
- You will have previous customer service or sales experience in an office environment.
- You will display an excellent level of attention to detail.
- Possess a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Be able to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multi-task.
- Fantastic customer service skills via email and over the phone
- To be a motivated and positive team player.
- Excellent IT skills.
