We're looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Success Coordinator to ensure our clients' success and satisfaction in the technology and telecoms industry. The ideal candidate must be a team player, able to navigate the complexities of the customer service department, and committed to delivering the highest level of service. This role is based in Chester.

Description
As a Customer Success Coordinator you will be:
- Calling existing customers to set them up on the platform, explain the benefits and walk through the platform features.
- Establish themselves within the business as an expert in the platform with ability to answer incoming customer enquiries on the product.
- Develop relationships with internal stakeholders within the business and externally with other big clients, end user customers and be their point of contact.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update with every contact made.
- Accurately record details on company database and relevant spreadsheets.
- Schedule future work based on customer feedback.
- Maintain Excel databases of customer orders, incentive schemes for salespeople, and various other reports as required.
- Regularly update the Operations Director and other senior management with progress and all relevant activity with administration.
- Be proactive in making suggestions for improvements and take responsibility for implementing new procedures.
Profile
A successful Customer Success Coordinator should have:
- Excellent telephone manner, with the confidence to deal with a range of queries
- Excellent communication skills
- Can work independently as well as in a team
- Able to perform well under pressure and can manage time effectively
- Able to prioritise work in order of importance and urgency
- Accurate database and administration skills, gained within an office environment
- Keen to learn about new products and services
- Working knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel
Please note this role is on a part-time basis (20 hours a week)
