- Outbound calling portfolio of existing customers to support them in getting the most out of their system.
- This role does not include any aspect of sales, the purpose of this role is to support and educate customers in using the software they have already purchased.
- Delivering exceptional customer service by phone / email and video.
- Handle customer queries and complaints, ensuring effective resolution.
- Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Providing feedback to support innovation.
- Work closely with other departments to improve overall customer experience.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and propose improvements to products and services.
- Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings when necessary.
Profile
A successful Customer Success Coordinator should have:

- Confidence in speaking to customers, specifically outbound dialling is a must 90% of your time will be spent on the phone
- Proven ability to handle complex customer queries and complaints.

Job Offer
- An estimated salary range of GBP24,600 - GBP26,000 per annum FTE.
- 20 hour per week, flexible - mornings over 5 days per week preferred
