Job description

A Customer Success Coordinator is required to lead a team in delivering exceptional customer service in the Technology & Telecoms industry, based in Chester. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem solver with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

  • Outbound calling portfolio of existing customers to support them in getting the most out of their system.
  • This role does not include any aspect of sales, the purpose of this role is to support and educate customers in using the software they have already purchased.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service by phone / email and video.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints, ensuring effective resolution.
  • Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Providing feedback to support innovation.
  • Work closely with other departments to improve overall customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services.
  • Identify trends in customer feedback and propose improvements to products and services.
  • Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings when necessary.

Profile

A successful Customer Success Coordinator should have:

  • This role would make an ideal match for an experience tele-sales advisor who enjoys customer communication but ready to step away from sales
  • Confidence in speaking to customers, specifically outbound dialling is a must 90% of your time will be spent on the phone
  • Proven ability to handle complex customer queries and complaints.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • A deep interest / understanding of the Technology & Telecoms industry.

Job Offer

  • An estimated salary range of GBP24,600 - GBP26,000 per annum FTE.
  • 20 hour per week, flexible - mornings over 5 days per week preferred
