Customer Success Executive
SaaS Ticketing platform for Travel and Tourism sector.
£40,000 Basic + 20% Bonus + Benefits
Remote – with travel to customers and London office occasionally

You will be joining as one of the 1st employees within Customer Success, looking after their early customers who are experiencing a new solution with super charged capability.
This role is less focused on commercials – you will be hand holding their largest flag ship clients ensuring their user experience is as they expected and dealing with any support issues as well as onboarding and training.
As a start up you will also get be involved with all aspects of the business so will have the opportunity to assist with new sales, marketing and product development.
Your background should include the following responsibilities
- 1st point of contact for your customers
- Training and hands on customer support
- Training design and materials
- Development of metrics and processes
- Management of CRM data
- Worked for a SaaS business selling to Travel, Hospitality, Attractions, Tourism
