We are looking for an energetic and driven Customer Success Manager to help with the continued growth of an existing portfolio of clients. You'll be confident in Account Management tasks, Online Customer Training & Support issue Resolution while maintaining strong business relationships.
As a Customer Success Manager, your responsibilities will include -
- Managing all aspects of the account from set up, implementation and continued nurture
- Running kick-off calls with the customer
- Nurturing new pilot account customers and users to ensure successful conversion
- Identifying and managing success criteria and risk within the accounts
- Running customer training/workshop sessions from Train the Trainer to Lunch & Learns (virtual & face to face)
- Running account review meeting
The successful candidate with have the following skills/experience -
- Highly motivated with excellent communication skills
- A great team player
- Background in SaaS/
- Customer Success Manager / Account Manager experience
- Good problem-solving skills
- Tech / Social Media savvy
