Our client are a close-knit remote-first team passionately building the future of connected retail performance. Currently, we are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager to join their team and be a part of something truly special.
Responsibilities:
- Own the overall relationship with assigned customers, fostering customer loyalty.
- Play a crucial role in building long-term relationships to ensure healthy customer connections.
- Engage immediately post-contract, contributing to the development of plans that ensure customers are fully operational and confident in using our product.
- Lead the onboarding process, providing necessary training on our platform to customers.
- Optimize account activities to achieve customers' business goals.
- Analyze online campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Review the customer journey, taking a consultative approach to help clients overcome challenges and achieve goals.
- Provide strategic advice, leveraging knowledge of industry tools and working closely with clients in a consultative role.
- Act as a customer advocate, establishing trusted and transparent relationships to drive continued value of our product.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external parties to understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and share key learnings.
- Evaluate and analyze customer needs, preparing documentation or visuals to demonstrate account performance, and maintaining Customer Success metrics and data.
- A couple of years of experience within Customer Success or account management.
- Knowledge of relevant tools such as Google Analytics, Google Shopping, and Performance Max.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A commercial mindset enabling project management skills.
- Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment.
- Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities.
- Experience in writing and delivering training material.
