Central Employment are delighted to be working with a global B2B Technology driven organisation, as they look to expand there Customer Success team, with the appointment of a Customer Success Manager,
Core responsibilities of the Customer Success Manager:
- Own the client journey from launch to renewal
- Deliver account reviews that delight our clients and build long-lasting engagement
- Become a trusted advisor, identifying and solving client pains related to our software and services
- Manage your client portfolio to ensure retention and growth targets are met
- Ensure excellent client communication is always at the forefront of your approach
- Liaise with other departments (marketing, sales, product, and technology) to ensure client expectations are met
Experience required:
- Min 3 years’ experience in a similar role B2B Customer Success role
- Experience of working in SAAS/Tech start up
- A record of meeting KPI’s, retention and revenue growth targets
- Capable of working independently (taking initiative) and thrive in a process-driven, task-orientated, team environment
- Evidence of establishing and maintaining exceptional client relationships
- Confident communicator, friendly, enthusiastic, comfortable talking to stakeholders of all levels on the phone, email or face-to-face
- Comfortable producing reports and data analysis
- Excellent time-management, able to prioritize key tasks, manage multiple conversations whilst never letting an opportunity slip
