As an energetic and driven Customer Success Manager you will help with the continued growth of an existing portfolio of clients. You'll be confident in Account Management tasks, Online Customer Training & Support issue Resolution while maintaining strong business relationships.
As a Customer Success Manager, your responsibilities will include -
- Managing all aspects of the account from set up, implementation and continued nurture
- Running kick-off calls with the customer
- Nurturing new pilot account customers and users to ensure successful conversion
- Identifying and managing success criteria and risk within the accounts
- Running customer training/workshop sessions from Train the Trainer to Lunch & Learns (virtual & face to face)
- Running account review meeting
The successful candidate with have the following skills/experience -
- Highly motivated with excellent communication skills
- A great team player
- Background in SaaS
- Customer Success Manager / Account Manager experience
- Good problem-solving skills
- Tech / Social Media savvy
