We have a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take a step into Administration or a recent graduate taking on there first role. As a Customer Support administrator, you will be responsible for handling all customer correspondence and will play a major part in supporting our contact centre through email and letter. To be successful you will have a keen eye for detail and excellent written skills which will help you reach the best and fair resolution for our customers.
You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment, it is therefore important you are self-motivated, able to multitask and can confidently respond to all customer correspondence with accuracy. The role is challenging yet rewarding as you’ll be dealing with a variety of customers with different financial situations each day and tailoring solutions to help them on the road to financial recovery.
You will receive training from an experienced agent working side by side learning the ropes of this role.
This is a fantastic opportunity Monday to Friday Rotational shifts 8.00am until 4.30pm and 9.00am until 5.30pm. Salary starting at £20,500 increasing to £21,000 after probation.
