Key responsibilities include:
- Being the first point of contact for customers, capturing their needs and providing accurate information and resolution of queries at first contact
- Completing the end to end Managed Service booking process from generating quotes, producing job cards, through to certification
- Inputting all customer information and enquiries on the CRM system, ensuring customer information is accurate and up to date
- Producing accurate reports for both internal and external customers
- Timely scheduling of Medicals, Training and PPE Inspections
- Managing inbound calls, emails, orders and website enquiries, adhering to defined enquiry/query SLA’s
- Liaising with internal colleagues as required to assist with the resolution of customer requests and resolve customer complaints
- Proactively supporting the delivery of an enhanced customer experience by providing customers with updates on delays, issues, and the progression of orders
- Covering peaks in demand/holidays and absence, when required by supporting other areas of the Customer Experience team

The ideal Customer Support Advisor will be/have:
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Ability to build and maintain positive internal and external relationships
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent Prioritisation skills with the ability to adapt to customer requirements
- Competent IT/CRM skills
- Good knowledge and understanding of customer accounts
- Understanding of the invoicing process and credit limits
- Excellent knowledge of the safety services proposition
- A positive, can do attitude with the ability to work in a team
