A local company providing client support services in various sectors is looking to add a Customer Support Advisor to their team in Oxford.
Your new role
As a Customer Support Advisor, you will be providing excellent customer service to suppliers handling enquiries, registrations, and renewals. This is an outbound call role, but no cold calling is required. You will be expected to make 40-50 outbound calls per day (no cold calling) to suppliers and customers to explain the benefits of the services the company provides, helping them with their subscription and renewal. You will then accurately log and maintain records of customer contact, activity, and outcomes on the internal system. You will be able to build and maintain strong customer relationships, and you will actively participate in team meetings to share and exchange information, working consistently to ensure personal targets are met and exceeded.
What you'll need to succeed
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be a driven and motivated individual who is able to work to deadlines and meet targets. You will maintain a personable and cheerful attitude when speaking to customers. You will have previous experience in a customer service environment and/or will be comfortable with customer contact through a high volume of calls.
What you'll get in return
This position offers a salary up to 25,000 (depending on experience) and a great benefits package including hybrid working flexibility (2 days on-site and 3 days at home), a performance related bonus scheme, and 25 days of holiday per annum, including 3 days between Christmas and New Year.
