Mon - Fri 0830-1700
Burgess Hill area based - Due to rural workplace location, your own transport is essential. Plenty of free parking on site for all staff.
Salary: £22000 per annum plus very good staff benefits. There is also bonus potential of a further £5400 per year (paid in quarterly periods)

The role:
The Customer Support Administrator will manage the day to day accounts for clients in line with company processes and client service agreements
Responsibilities / duties:
Ensure all cases are recorded and monitored on the system in line with company process
Ensure cases do not exceed 30 days in line with the company service level agreements
Manage cases effectively and quickly
Report back to management on a weekly basis with progress being made to cases
To help the company continue to develop excellent working relationships with clients - this will be via email and telephone contact
Any ad hoc duties that may arise outside of the job description
Skills, experience and competencies required:
A real willingness to help and support customers in a positive manner
Strong attention to detail
Good time management skills
Good computer skills
