Job description

Brand new permanent opportunity to join our very well established and successful client based in Stonehouse. The company has a very low turnover of staff, flexible working environment and can offer future progression opportunities.


Job Overview:

Contribute to the smooth running of all daily operations which will include the below:

  • Processing customer orders.
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers.
  • Provisioning of orders.
  • Customer Support.
  • Ordering stock.
  • Ordering company stationery.
  • Basic customer service work, answering of calls and portal using.
  • Inputting onto company database.

Candidate Attributes:

  • Smart and professional business manner.
  • Good sense of humour.
  • Strong communication skills and organisation skills.
  • Able to use initiative with a proactive approach.
  • Strong eye for detail.
  • Motivated team player.
  • Good IT Skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.

Hours – Monday – Friday – 37.5 hours


Salary – Up to £25k per annum
