Tasks will involve:
- Being the first point of contact on the phones and email.
- After product training, be able to assist or escalate. Sometimes deal with complaints.
- Manage the email inbox.
- Monitor the social media and respond to reviews.
- Deal with general administration when required and any other duties in accordance with the needs of the business.
- Gather and record information ensuring the database is up to date and accurate.
- Update team members with the latest info.
