Job Description for Customer Support Advisor:

They are looking to hire a Customer Support Advisor to join their growing team within a well established company.
The role is office based with the option to work from home for two days per week after the first 6 months.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday – Friday with a rotating shift pattern
o8.00am to 4.30pm
o8.30am to 5.00pm
o9.30am to 6.00pm.

The Role:
- A varied role involving managing queries and complaints, handling reports and assisting customers with queries and questions.
- This will be handled by inbound phone calls, emails, and in the future web chat.
- Basic administration tasks, such as logging and posting
- Review customer reporting, identifying and correcting errors
Experience & Skills for the Renewals / Sales Executive:
- Candidates must have telephone based customer call handling experience
- Essential to be able to manage and handle large volumes of calls.
- Must have 5 years UK residency.
