Customer Support Advisor - Toyota Sandhurst

Salary £24k with OTE £28k (45 hours Monday - Friday. One in four Saturdays 8.30am - 12.30pm paid as overtime)

Job Description

As a Customer Support Advisor you will deliver a high level of administration efficiency and accuracy, assisting the site with their administration activities. The role requires a professional outlook as the roles purpose means that you are generally the key point of contact for the colleagues on the site, whilst operating in a customer facing environment. Customer interaction is an important part of the role, so a professional telephone manner and customer centric approach is essential.

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure the site achieves high standards of administration accuracy. Completing compliance, stock, vehicle order accuracy and Idealfile system checks to ensure standards are achieved.

  • Assist the sales team with customer based sales administration including the scanning of vehicle documents such as V5, service history etc.

  • Assist the aftersales team with customer based administration including follow up calls, invoicing, re-booking customers, job card preparation and printing etc.

  • Undertake site banking requirements with management throughout daily operations.

  • Undertakes all site related orders, ensuring internal compliance with the purchase order and general ordering procedures.

  • Help the dealership to achieve industry-leading standards of process efficiency and cost control. Utilise feedback.

  • Ensure relevant compliance is in accordance with company and industry policies and guidelines.

The Ideal Candidate

To be a success in this role as a Customer Support Advisor, you will;

  • Naturally interact with customers and colleagues professionally, adhering to standards and creating a friendly environment.

  • Ensure all administration and communications are completed in a timely and accurate manner

  • Be IT literate with the ability to move between multiple and bespoke systems competently

  • Apply a flexible approach with the ability to move seamlessly between the requirements of different departments

  • Be comfortable in giving and taking constructive operational feedback

  • Ensure compliance with relevant guidelines and policies adhered to

  • Ability to prioritise conflicting demands effectively and efficiently
