This brand-new role will be supporting the Waste Management and Customer SupportTeam Manager with the management of a team of Customer Support professionals, delivering excellence in customer service, and enhancing the Waste Management Team’s approach to community engagement.
We are looking for a positive and creative individual who can effectively and efficiently support the development and delivery of a new approach to customer interaction. You will use your expertise in customer service to deliver positive outcomes for our service teams and customers. Your passion for effective communication and engagement will result in improvements in the delivery of, and interaction with, our services.
