Job Purpose:
Along with a background in Customer Support, they are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service, remains calm under pressure and is willing to take on new tasks and responsibilities.
The focus of this role will be to increase online revenue by assisting both new and existing customers to order their products through our revolutionary Portal on their website. They pride themselves on giving their customers the very highest levels of customer service whilst always working in a smart, professional, and efficient way. You will primarily be responding to customer queries via email but will also be required to communicate via their online chat and over the phone.
You will be liaising with both their customer and supplier network. You will also be the first point of contact for any customer service-related queries from their customers. You will raise case tickets through their system, to log, update and resolve any queries their customers may have. Ensuring both their customers and suppliers are kept updated.

As the ideal candidate you will be a confident effective communicator with a consultative approach to sales and support with a good understanding of ecommerce.
You must be a highly driven, self-motivated individual with a high level of attention to detail and ability to prioritise workloads and remain calm under sometimes pressurised circumstances.

• The hours are full time, 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
