Job description

ROLE: Customer Support - Hybrid - Immediate start!

LOCATION: High Wycombe, with free onsite parking

HOURLY RATE: up to 17ph

HOURS: Monday - Friday, 37.5hours

DURATION: Ongoing

We are currently working with an established business, based in High Wycombe who are looking for temporary support in their Customer Service team. This is a new position as they are growing, so you will join at an exciting time. You will be a Customer Service expert and be the ambassador of the brand.

Duties will include:

  • You will provide excellent customer service, ensuring an engaging and positive experience for each customer
  • Managing incoming calls and emails, from different channels, ensuring you manage the business 24-hour SLA
  • Working to customer service business metrics
  • Prepare and organise documents, reports, and presentations as required
  • Supporting with pre and post-order related queries in a professional and efficient manner
  • Providing product advice, and liaising with the technical team to ensure correct information is given back to customers
  • Reporting any findings from customer feedback to pass to internal teams
  • Managing returns, and any other stock-related issues
  • Report any website/product issues to the marketing team
  • Building relationships with internal team

Required skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
  • Previous experience in providing exceptional Customer Service
  • Love animals as there are dogs in the office and you can bring your dog with you
  • Able to start work within a few days
