Customer Support Officer
FTC 3 months, 35 hours per week.
£34,042 per annum, pro rata
Hybrid – 2 Days London Office, 3 Days Homebased but flexibility required
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Support Officer to join an international charity to join their team based out of London. As Customer Support Officer you will first point of contact for all supporter enquiries, providing support to the Campaigns team with data management, drafting and analysing emails, website, and social media communications
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Supporting the administration of public donations to the charity.
- First point of contact for all supporter enquiries.
- Providing support to the Campaigns team with data management, creating compelling email, website, and social media communications.
- Analyse information and data to assess the performance of pieces of communication (for example, emails and webpages) against objectives.
Skills and experience required:
- Fundraising experience is desirable but not essential.
- Knowledge of office administration systems - Salesforce is desirable but not essential.
- The ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Ability to simultaneously manage numerous projects and competing priorities.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Ability to build and manage strong relationships with colleagues, supporters, and external partners.
